Late or incomplete orders :

If the delivery arrives late or is poorly delivered and is not the correct temperature or does not match the standards perceived by the customer or if the order misses an item requested by the customer and paid for it, the customer is eligible for a partial/ full refund of the order amount depending on the nature of the complaint, he can contact us through phone number provided on tab (call us) in the app and website or chatting tab (Support) on the app .

Delivery :

We work hard for you to deliver your order as soon as possible but things may not always go as planned and our delivery service may be compromised by traffic accidents, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. Orders cancellation :

The customer has the right to cancel an order after placing the order on the Jet and preferably before confirming the order status if the order status is confirmed it is up to the discretion of the partner restaurant / product provider to assess whether the order will be cancelled or processed.

Pricing and payment:

The price of any food item / product will be included in our service. Prices will vary between items and partners. Prices are subject to change at any time, but once the order is placed and paid, the price will not be able to any change. All items can be paid by credit card through the online service portal. Once your order is confirmed, your credit or debit card will be authorized and the amount will be determined for payment. Payment is made directly to The Jet via the Hyper pay platform and later transferred to partner service providers. We are authorized by our partner service providers to accept payment on their behalf and pay for any products / items to us that will fulfill your obligation to pay that price to the partner's food / item / product provider.

The ( delivery fee ) added to the total receipt is based on the distance (km) from the partner (product providers) where the order was placed (restaurant / shop / in the app) to the delivery location specified by the customers ( address ) .

Our payment system includes several payment methods/ forms:

For online payments : we accept payment by Credit Card ( Visa, MasterCard or American Express) / mada cards for cards issued by Saudi banks only through the portal of our banking service provider.

In the case of online payment, the customer will receive a notification on the screen as soon as the payment is accepted. We assume no responsibility if payment is rejected or cancelled by the Mada credit / debit card service provider for any reason. You should check with your credit / Mada card provider for the reason for the refusal.

We don't store your credit card information on the app . All information and details you enter through the payment gateway are encrypted for security protection, and correspondence to and from the provider's website is also encrypted.

We do not provide any payment information obtained via the website to other companies or individuals unless required to by law. This information is processed by our payment merchant.

You must ensure that the information on your credit card that you use to pay for electronic services is correct, valid and accurate, and you must use your credit card / mada cards that are legally affiliated with you. Will not use or share your personal information by e-services with any third party with the exception of verification of the legitimacy of the information or upon request of a law, regulation or court order. User Provided Content

The Jet may, in The Jet’s sole discretion, permit User from time to time to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available to The Jet through the Services textual, audio, and/or visual content and information, including commentary and feedback related to the Services, initiation of support requests, and submission of entries for competitions and promotions (“User Content”).

Any User Content provided by User remains User property. However, by providing User Content to The Jet , User grant The Jet a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and The Jet’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from User, and without the requirement of payment to User or any other person or entity.

User represent and warrant that: (i) User either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or User have all rights, licenses, consents and releases necessary to grant The Jet the license to the User Content as set forth above; and (ii) neither the User Content nor User submission, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available of such User Content nor The Jet’s use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

User agree to not provide User Content that is defamatory, libelous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive, as determined by The Jet in its sole discretion, whether or not such material may be protected by law. The Jet may, but shall not be obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content, at The Jet’s sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, without notice to User.

Text Messaging

By creating an Account, User agree that the Services may send User text (SMS) messages as part of the normal business operation of User’s use of the Services.

Promotional Codes

The Jet may, in The Jet’s sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for Account credit, or other features or benefits related to the Services and/or Independent Service Provider’s services, subject to any additional terms that The Jet establishes on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes”).

User agree that Promo Codes:

must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner
must not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by The Jet;
may be disabled by The Jet at any time for any reason without liability to The Jet;
may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that The Jet establishes for such Promo Code;
are not valid for cash; and
may expire prior to your use

The Jet reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by User or any other user in the event that The Jet determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or these Terms.

Amendment to terms and conditions :
